The Diversity Factor ™ takes a hard look at the deeper issues of diversity. A quarterly e-journal founded in 1992, it offers strategies for diversity professionals and organizations working to embrace and leverage a diverse workforce. By following trends, developments and successes, it keeps readers informed about current practices and theory in the field of diversity.
Our authors — executives, managers, academicians, consultants and researchers with years of experience in the field — cover the business, education, government, non-profit, arts, media and community sectors. Subscribers to The Diversity Factor also keep up with the release of new diversity books and videos reviewed in the Resources section and late-breaking news via the News, Views and Gossip column. The most recent addition is a diversity conference calendar published annually in the Winter issue.
Articles from The Diversity Factor are used in education and awareness workshops, college courses, skill-building seminars and leadership development courses. Reprints are available for purchase on line in either soft (electronic) or hard copy, which can be delivered overnight.
Organizations and libraries can purchase corporate or institutional licenses for The Diversity Factor and make its content available to employees or customers.
