EDUCATION AND AWARENESS 
While we have seen similarities across different organizations, every
organization must develop a training plan that supports its diversity
intervention goals. We can assist you in developing and executing
this plan. Our broad range of training programs, many of which are
trademarked and available only through us, can be customized to meet
your specific needs. Over the years we have refined these programs
more than 300 times in minor and major ways in order to meet client
needs and culture expectations. Additionally, training programs can
be delivered to a variety of audiences depending on strategic goals,
e.g., training groups by role, level, diagonal slice or by business
